JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 23-07-2018 Wile disposing of the Public Interest Litigation on 19.7.2017, this Court passed the following orders : " Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Taking note of the grievance of the petitioner, respondents are directed to consider the question of appointment of Physical Instructors

Patna High Court MJC No.3748 of 2017 (4) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 and Physical Teachers in the State of Bihar, take such steps as are permissible under law and ensure that within a reasonable period of time, the posts are filled up."

However, no period was fixed for completing the process of appointment and now this contempt application has been filed for initiating action for contempt. Keeping in view the fact that no period for completing the process of appointment was indicated, we direct that the process of appointment be initiated forthwith and completed within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid clarification, we dispose of the matter.
