The petitioner superannuated on 28.02.2002 and has prayed for payment of entire G.P.F. with interest and penal interest.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent Nos. 3 to 6 stating therein that the entire amount of G.P.F., has been paid to the petitioner amounting to Rs. 4,42, 058/- and the petitioner has accepted the said amount vide letter No. DB/2018, as contained in Annexure-B as such, it has been stated that the G.P.F. amount, due to the petitioner, has been paid.
