Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation is that liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioners on a motorcycle. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60209 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Laukaha (Lalmaniya) Police Station Case No.235 of 2019, corresponding to G.R.No.1480 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
