This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed against the order dated 30.07.2013 passed in Criminal Revision No.473 of 2012, whereunder the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Araria, dismissed the aforesaid Criminal Revision of the second party/petitioners, affirming the order dated 22.11.2012 passed in Case No.188M of 2012 in a proceeding under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, whereunder the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Forbesganj, ordered under Section 116(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure to the second party/petitioners to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41742 of 2013 dt.17-03-2016 2/2 execute an interim bond of Rs.2000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to maintain the peace.
