2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 504, 379, 380, 120(B), 376, 420, 466, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is of making illicit relationship with the wife of informant and helping co-accused Indu Devi for fleeing away from his house with ornaments and cash.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner is married person and having three children and has been falsely implicated in this case due to inimical terms with the informant. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70733 of 2024(2) dt.22-10-2024 2/2 para-3 of the bail application.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 14 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
