Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Gaya Kotwali PS Case No.74 of 2017, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.45 of 2017/360 of 2017, registered under Sections 363, 365 and 364A of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the 16 years old daughter and 51⁄2 years old son of the informant both were kidnapped by unknown persons and demand of ransom was made on the mobile of the informant. The police tracked the mobile of the caller and recovered both children from the house of the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3029 of 2018(6) dt.11-05-2018 2/2 connection with Gaya Kotwali PS Case No.74 of 2017, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.45 of 2017/360 of 2017, pending in the court of learned A.D.J., 2nd, Gaya.
