The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent. In view of the allegation that petitioner assaulted the informant by farsa causing injury on head and the injury being grievous, the Court is not persuaded to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
