This application has been preferred for issuance of a writ of certiorari to quash the termination order bearing letter no. 13165 dated 06.11.2017 as well as termination letter no. 13208 dated 07.11.2017 passed by the Respondent no. 2, contained in Annexure-2 and 2/A to this petition and further for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing to the respondents to discharge their duties in conformity with the provision of the Act and Rules applicable in the case.

3. The petitioner wanted limited relief i.e. his

Patna High Court CWJC No.3302 of 2018(3) dt.19-09-2023 2/2 representation dated 24.01.2018 preferred before the respondents be considered.

4. Learned Counsel appearing for the Central Government submits with the help of counter affidavit that the same stands disposed of on 12.02.2018.

5. A perusal of the same would show that once again reasoned order has been passed and the respondents have chosen not to interfere with the order of termination of service passed by the Senior Commandant, CISF KRTC Mundali.

6. Despite this Court having sympathy with the petitioner, who is 23 years of age, in view of the fitness i.e. needed with the CISF, no relief can be granted to him.

7. The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
