This is an application for regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P. S. Case No. 113 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that some unknown persons committed theft in the mobile shop of informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is not named in the FIR. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. His name has surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2067 of 2018(3) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-V, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case no. 113 of 2017.
