Considering that the deceased died on 02.12.2018 for which a U.D. Case was registered on the statement of the brother-in-law of the deceased vide U.D. Case No.13 of 2018 on 02.12.2018 itself and the first information report of the instant case has been registered against the petitioner and others after lapse of six months on 18.06.2019, the prayer is allowed.
