The instant petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party Nos. 2 to 3 by this court order dated 14-07-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32504 of 2017 on the ground that opposite party Nos. 2 & 3 are trying to tamper with the evidence and pressurize the witnesses to not support the prosecution case.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in this respect, a petition has also been filed in the court below which was rejected vide Annexure-6.

From perusal of the submission made in this petition, this court finds that mere vague and general allegation has been made in the petition.

Therefore, this court does not find any merit in this
