2. The petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2023 in connection with Nagar (Kadirganj O.P.) Nawada P.S. Case No. 1032/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of one country made pistol and two cartridges from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the con-

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the recovery, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nagar (Kadirganj O.P.) Nawada P.S. Case No. 1032/2023.
