2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 64 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 121, 122, 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303 and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of injuring the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64123 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 64 of 2025.
