This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.299 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 341 324, 326, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added. 3.

Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.12.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.83141 of 2024. 4.

The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He is in custody since 20.05.2023.

Since the trial is on the verge of conclusion, I
