There were two typographical errors namely order number should have been 3 instead of 2 on page 3 and further on page 4 disposal date of LPA No. 159 of 2021 instead of 07.11.2022 it should be 11.07.2022. Accordingly, the order no. 3 be read in place of 2 and date of disposal of LPA No. 159 of 2021 on page 4 be read as 11.07.2022 in place of 07.11.2022. At this juncture, learned counsel for the respondent no. 24 submitted that as on the disposal of the LPA he was not present and it is submitted that he had filed an interlocutory application for substitution of legal heirs of respondent no. 24 and it is pending consideration.
