The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 8, 20(b), 2(B) of N.D.P.S. Act.

The allegation is that 3.910 kgs of ganja is recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is alleged that 3.910 kgs of ganja is said to have been recovered. Same is belong the commercial quantity. Hence Section 37 of N.D.P.S. Act is not application in the present case. There is no compliance of Sections 42 and 50

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Tr.
