2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner demanded Rangdari of Rs. 20 Lakhs and thereafter, shot dead husband of the informant.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2025, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
