The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 323/341/379/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, this petitioner caught and coaccused Kishmat Tanti assaulted with Tengaris causing injury at the head of the informant.

Submission is that Kishmat Tanti has already allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.1369 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15515 of 2018 (3) dt.15-05-2018 P2/ above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No.52 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
