1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.I. For directing the Respondent Authorities to take proper steps to create Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Society (hereinafter referred to as the PACCS), Manik Parasi, within the Manik Parasi Panchayat as two Villages of previously Karup PACCS has been declared Nagar Panchayat Karakat (Gorari) and with remaining 07 Villages of Karup PACCS a new Panchayat Manik Parasi has been created.

II. For directing the Respondent Authorities to take decision on the representation filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14593 of 2024(2) dt.24-09-2024 2/2 Petitioners before the Respondent Authorities by which they have highlighted the facts under which formation of new PACCS, Manik Parasi is required to be done in view of the formation of new Panchayat Manik Parasi comprising 07 Villages."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent no.4 i.e. the District Co-operative Officer, Rohtas, (Bihar), for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
