JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 113(2), 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 324(4), 324(5), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The informant has alleged that all the accused persons including these petitioners assaulted his wife, snatched gold chain from her neck and cash of Rs. 10,000/- from the house over a family dispute with regard to electricity connection. He further alleged that all the accused persons with intention to kill assaulted him with iron rod, causing grievous injuries to him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 3 is own brother of informant, whereas, petitioner no. 1 & 2 are wife and daughter of petitioner no. 3. As a matter of fact, due to dispute with regard to electricity connection, Maarpit took place, in which, both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the relationship between the parties, general & omnibus allegation and case & counter case, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is allowed. Let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Munger in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No.53 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
