JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Parsa Bazar PS case no. 76 of 2017 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 of Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21177 of 2018 (4) dt.17-05-2018 2/3 The allegation is regarding the murder of wife of one Umesh Kant Choudhary by some unknown persons and the FIR was registered on the basis of fardbeyan of one Satyendra Kr. Paswan against unknown persons.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the victim lady is said to be having illicit relation with a person belonging to another community, however the present petitioners were not having anything to do with the alleged occurrence or with the said deceased lady. It is further submitted that the petitioner of the first case i.e. Cr.Misc. no. 21177 of 2018 is son-in-law of the victim lady and petitioner of the second case i.e. Cr.Misc. no. 21309 of 2018 is the friend of the son-in-law of the victim lady. It is further submitted that the main suspected person i.e. the husband of the deceased lady has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 10.01.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. no. 59089 of 2017. It is further submitted that the petitioner of the first case is in custody since 27.07.

2017and the petitioner of the second case is in custody since 23.04.2017. It is further submitted that the petitioners of both the cases have clean antecedents. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioners are directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs.
