Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal and submitted that under wrong impression, the present appeal has been filed, which ought to be filed under the nomenclature of "Criminal Miscellaneous", as one of the offence alleged is under POCSO Act, 2012. It is also submitted that for the sake of convenience of filing, the certified copy of Impugned Order, F.I.R. and all other related documents be returned to him.
