This is a case registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.01.2018. It is submitted that the allegations of enticing away the daughter of the informant is against Manjit Yadav. It is also submitted that Manjit Yadav and daughter of the informant had visiting term at the petitioner's house due to which the entire family members have been implicated on the basis of suspicion. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be

No.17853 of 2018 (3) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge 1st-cumSpecial Judge, Bettiah, District-West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P. S. Case No. 32 of 2018 subject to the conditions :
(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.
(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
