Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 120B, 504, 153A and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that members of two communities were creating communal disharmony as well as obstruction in the discharge of official duty by the public servant. Learned counsel submits that allegation is general and omnibus and co-accused Jitendra Kumar has been allowed anticipatory bail in this case by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2705 of 2018 (2) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 62161 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Arwal Police Station Case No. 198 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
