1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the Respondents No.1 to 4 to pay the petitioner the difference amount of his salary for the period 19.9.1990 to
Patna High Court CWJC No.14726 of 2023(2) dt.01-04-2024 2/3 31.12.2012 i.e. the day, he (the petitioner) superannuated from the services of the Respondent-the Bihar State Housing Board (In short hereinafter referred to as the "Board"), - by granting him (the petitioner) the pay-scale prescribed for the post of "CHAUKIDAR", on account of regularization of his services against the said post in the work charged establishment of the Board with effect from 19.9.1990 in terms of the Hon'ble Supreme Court's order dated 13.2.1991 passed in Civil Appeal No.766 of 1991, in compliance to which, the Board formally issued office order vide Memo No.1631, Patna dated 8.5.2002 regularizing the services of the petitioner and others identically placed daily wagers."
2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2 i.e. the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed,
Patna High Court CWJC No.14726 of 2023(2) dt.01-04-2024 3/3 thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
