This is a case registered under Sections 279,337,338 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the peitioner has been implicated in this case due to some family dispute which arose between the informant and the petitioner who are wife and husband respectively. Now they are living amicably and compromise petition has also been filed in the Court below very recently. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.01.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16895 of 2018 (3) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Gaya in Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
