In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No.74 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of highway robbery, in which money and mobile phone has been snatched away. During investigation, the mobile phone has been recovered in front of the house of this petitioner. The petitioner has already a criminal antecedent of identical nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance on order dated 06.09.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.56738 of 2019, in which co-accused Rahul Kumar @ Dinesh Kumar, has been granted bail by a coordinate

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60749 of 2019(4) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 Bench of this Court. However, on perusal of the aforesaid order, it does not show that any looted material was recovered from the petitioner of that case as well as he has any criminal antecedent.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completing one year's judicial custody. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
