====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-05-2018 Heard Sri Ratnakar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. In this case, by order dated 11.04.2018, a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the case. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit as well as on the fact that the petitioner was accused in number of cases and also convict in Sessions Trial No.506 of 2006. In compliance with the order of this Court, a report dated 18.04.2018 has already been received from the court below. On perusal of the report, it appears that despite the fact that the police paper is ready, on one pretext or the other, same has not been received by the petitioner and this is the reason that commitment has been delayed.

In view of the facts and circumstances, at the moment,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21565 of 2018(3) dt.09-05-2018 2/2 I am not inclined to re-consider my earlier order. The prayer for bail again stands dismissed.
