The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 28 of 2019, registered under Sections 323, 324, 307, 316 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of torturing the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and also developing physical relation by her husband, Ekbal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64010 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 Khan with her Gotni, Guriya Khatoon (petitioner no.1) and removing from her matrimonial house.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1 to 4 are Gotani, niece and unmarried Nanad of the complainant-informant and they have falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive. Earlier, the complainant-informant had lodged Siswan P.S. Case No. 100 of 2015, in which, petitioner no. 1 was made accused, but in that case, she is on bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Siwan, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 28 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
