2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 457 and 380 of IPC . 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely, Shiv Prakash Sahni alleged that on 11.04.2021 , when he returned to his home from Gorakhpur, he saw the lock of door of his home was broken and he found that jewellery of Rs. 1,50,000/- and other household were stolen .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of other co-accused persons . No incriminating

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64457 of 2025(3) dt.15-11-2025 2/2 material has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and he is in no way connected with the aforesaid occurrence .

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got 7 criminal antecedents out of which 6 are of similar nature .

6. Considering the and nature of accusation , criminal antecedents of this petitioner and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
