2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhuban ( Garahiya) P.S.Case No. 319 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 317 (4) of BNS and 25( 1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, One country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2024.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the period of custody, this application is allowed.
6. Let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64075 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari / concerned court below in Madhuban ( Garahiya ) P.S.Case No.319 of 2024.
7. As a condition of this order (i) one of the bailors shall be close/blood relations of the petitioner. (ii) The petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Madhuban Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U
