No. 27069 of 2018) arise out of the common FIR therefore are being disposed of by this order.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody since 22.12.2017 and 23.12.2017 respectively, seek bail in Madanpur PS Case No. 192 of 2010 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 506, 427, 435, 379, 504 of the IPC and Section 17 of CLA Act.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22839 of 2018 (4) dt.19-07-2018 The allegation in brief is that some extremists came to the informant's office, which is a private company, and as the demand of levy was not fulfilled set fire on several dumpers parked there. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR is against unknown and only material transpired against the petitioners during investigation is disclosure of their names by co-accused in his confessional statement and except that there is no other material against them, charge-sheet has been submitted and charge too has been framed against the petitioners.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Surendra Yadav @ Raushanji @ Bhurkundji and Ram Chandra Yadav @ Sidhnath Yadav @ Vikash Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur PS Case No. 192 of 2010.
