JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-05-2025 Though the present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 12529 of 2004 and its analogous case i.e. CWJC No. 13082 of 2005, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the fact that though the aforesaid two writ petitions had stood dismissed for want of prosecution as far back as in the year 2018, nonetheless, the restoration petition has been filed belatedly only in the year 2023, seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to agitate his grievances

Patna High Court MJC No.2754 of 2023(3) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 by resorting to such remedies as are otherwise available under the law, in case any grievance subsists. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
