====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 08-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited.

Learned counsel for the North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited submits that he has filed counter affidavit in this case.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Section 135/ 138 of Bihar Electricity Act, 2003 is compoundable and since petitioner has already filed

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1522 of 2022(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 petition that he is ready to compound, hence, learned counsel sought permission to withdraw the present writ petition. Permission granted.

Liberty is granted that petitioner shall prefer appeal against the wrong alleged to be done by the officials before the authorities, and if the officials found wrong then liberty has been granted to the petitioner that he shall be entitled for compensation.

Accordingly, the present Cr. Writ Petition stands disposed off with aforesaid liberty.
