2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.717 of 2024 lodged dated 20.05.2024 under Section 366A of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against one named and one unknown accused persons. There is allegation against the petitioner that he had kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the victim has been recovered and narrated her statement

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68845 of 2024(2) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure that she had gone with the petitioner with her own will and she is in lover affair with the petitioner.

6. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2024 having clean antecedent.

7. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the victim girl is minor.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XIV, Patna, in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.717 of 2024, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
