Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his argument to the extent that the representation of the petitioner, as contained in Annexure-10, is pending before the respondent Principal Secretary, Higher Education, Government of Bihar (respondent no.1). He submits that the writ application may be disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to dispose of the representation one way or the other expeditiously, so that the petitioner may decide the future course of action.

In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to Principal Secretary, Higher Education,
