JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sonepur (Hajipur) Rail P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017 for the offenses under Section 379 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner since 5.2.2018. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. He was not even put on Test Identification Parade although the case was registered against unknown.

Considering the aforesaid the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 5.2.2018 and he was not put on Test Identification Parade, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten
