2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 101 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023 registered for the offences punishable u/s 363, 366, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have abducted the informant's daughter by enticing her. When the informant went to ask about his daughter from Surendra Paswan @ Kharak Paswan (father of Sonu Paswan), mother, brothers they replied to them that they knew about it and asked them to do whatever they could. They started abusing him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. It is further alleged that victim is major and she has not raised any alarm while she was being taken to Delhi from Hajipur. It is further alleged that as per Annexure-3 the victim denied the medical examination by the doctor.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations leveled against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 101 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition:
i. The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned
