The concerned respondent was required to settle certain dues arising out of contract with the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has issued a notice vide Annexure-5 however, legal notice, lacks the name of the addressee, i.e., the person to whom it has been addressed. In fact the addressee has been left blank and therefore, the writ petition itself is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to invoke appropriate remedy.
