2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepura Excise P.S. Case No. 551 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2023 and there is recovery of 47.250 litres of illicit liquor from his possession. He further submits that he has clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VII-cum- Special Judge Excise II, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura Excise P.S. Case No. 551 of 2023.
