2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) to quash the notice, vide memo no. 3646 dated 09/06/2025 in Mutation Cancellation case no. 67/2025-26 (The Circle Officer, Rajgir Vs Krishna Prasad & Others) and notice vide memo no. 3644 dated 09/06/2025 in Mutation Cancellation case no 68/202526 (The Circle Officer, Rajgir Vs Bhola

Patna High Court CWJC No.15546 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/3 Prasad & Others) forthwith. (Contained in Annexure-2 series);

(ii) to stay the notice, vide memo no. 3646 dated 09/06/2025 in Mutation Cancellation case no. 67/2025-26 (The Circle Officer, Rajgir Vs Krishna Prasad & Others) and notice vide memo nо. 3644 dated 09/06/2025 in Mutation Cancellation case no. 68/202526 (The Circle Officer, Rajgir Vs Bhola Prasad & Others) forthwith. (Contained in Annexure-2 series);

(iii) to direct the concerned Respondents to protect the peaceful possession of petitioners upon the land of Khata no. 342, Khesra no.

999, Area 1 Acre, 82 Decimal situated at Mauza-Meyar, Dist- Nalanda forthwith;

(iv) to direct the concerned respondents to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioners on 18-08-2025 forthwith;

(v) to direct the concerned respondents to protect the petitioners on own raiyati/ancestral land in the interest of

(vi) to grant any other relief/reliefs which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the matter is taken up for disposal with direction to the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif to take up the representation of the petitioners (Annexure-P/3) pending before him and take the same to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
