The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kharik P.S.Case No. 160 of 2016 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the disclosure of name of the petitioner by co-accused during investigation as one of the active participants in the offence, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
