2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 244 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 351(2), 117(2), 303(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim and his family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 244 of 2025.
