Petitioner is accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 49 of 2019 arising out of Barachatti P.S. Case No. 286 of 2019 registered under Sections 15, 18, 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 59270 of 2019 on 18.10.2019.
