2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 109 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of IPC.

3. The allegation against the petitioner along with others is of killing the husband of the informant by tying a rope around his neck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. He has committed no offence. There is no consistent evidence and no eye-witness of the alleged occurrence to show the complicity of the petitioner. There is no specific overt act against this petitioner. 5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 109 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
