The petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2019 in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a respectable Homeopathy doctor and has nothing to do with the training and recruitment as is being alleged in the first information report. It is further submitted that name of the petitioner has surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by co-accused, namely, Kamlesh Tiwary, which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that so far as forged appointment letter is concerned,

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Deo PS.
