2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 385, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners along with other co-accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant's side.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. He submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners. He submits that there is

He further submits that petitioners have two criminal antecedents as stated in para-3 of the bail application and they are languishing in judicial custody since 20.07.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the injury found upon the victim is grievous in nature.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the above named petitioners, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Khodawandpur (Chhorahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 315 of 2023. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
