2. The Registrar of the University is directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law, which relates to the payment of retiral dues and fixation of pension within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of this order. In case of delay on part of any of the authorities of the University or the State Government, the petitioner is at liberty to

3. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Vice-Chancellor of the University and the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, the State of Bihar for taking necessary action with respect to payment of retirial dues to the petitioner.
4. With aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
