The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 11 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2021 and the informant has turned hostile during trial.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
