The petitioner submits that he is ready to pay a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- to the O.P. No. 2.

The petitioner is directed to deposit the aforesaid amount within a period of three months in the Court below by way of demand draft. On such deposit, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 03.02.2014 is hereby confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 1111(C) of 2012 pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
